Writing has always felt like a doorway to something deeper—a way to uncover the layers of life, story, and self. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding others on their own creative journeys, helping them discover the freedom and connection that writing can bring.
A facilitator of creative writing and shared reading workshops, I’m committed to opening doors to curiosity, creativity, and connection and work in an inclusive, embodied, person-centred way, often using poetry and metaphor as gentle, playful and safe ways in. For me, reading, writing, and making have the potential to intersect in the most mysterious and transformational ways when done with intention, and in a safe space.
My academic journey led me to an MSc in Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes at Metanoia Institute, where I explored the power of weaving, myth, and creative writing as tools for navigating personal narrative. This exploration revealed how these practices can help unlock deep, meaningful connections with our own stories—and with each other. The insights from my dissertation continue to shape my approach, guiding me in creating workshops that encourage participants to reflect, create, and explore their inner landscapes through the power of words and myth.
I am also a co-editor of Lapidus Magazine, where I am involved in a global network of people passionate about writing for wellbeing. I’m always excited to share how writing can nurture the mind and spirit, whether through personal reflection or the magic of shared stories.
Come join me in the creative journey—we’ll create something meaningful together.
